Go to the front door and enter, then turn right to enter the parlor, talk to Clara fully, she'll tell you that one of Jess's friends, Addison, was with her when she disappeared. Clara gives you Addison's phone number, once you pick it up its entered into your phone automatically.

Looking around the parlor you'll see a briefcase, but since Clara's in the room, you can't check it. Look at all the portraits. Read the book on the fireplace "Espionage in Bonnets". Then read the diary.

Go to the tea set and take the oranges in the bowl of fruit and a napkin from the stack.

Charging Jess's Phone. Leave the room and turn to the right and go down the hall. Enter the room and go forward to the table, read the electricity manual.

Use the hammer you found on the nails stuck in the wall right above the table, also take the canvas, and when you turn around from the table take the turpentine near the door. Turn to the left until facing the door that's hung up and go towards it. Stop when you're at the barrel with the projector. Turn it upright and take the coins in the jar next to it.

Continue to the door and take the picker on the barrel. Also, take the spade near the right beam.

Recharge Jess's Phone. Go back to the work table and set out the oranges, then click the nails in your inventory and click the oranges, do the same with the pennies. Then click the charge wires in the jar and they will automatically be connected and the phone will start charging.

It will take a bit to charge so use the time to get some other things done.

Contact Addison. Click Nancy's phone and go to the dialer, click on Addison's name and the call will start. Talk completely to her and learn what happened. Jess had disappeared and when she came back she was acting strangely. Addison said she started to feel weird and heard another voice when she came to Jess was missing.

Exit the room, you'll occasionally see a ghost pass in front of the doors when you leave rooms.

Find the missing portrait. Go upstairs and you'll see an empty frame, use the canvas you found in the workshop on the frame. Pick up the bag with cotton.

Go to the sleeping bag and table and turn around towards the sofa. Read the book on the sofa.

Turn to the left and try the door at the end. It's Locked.

Look at the portrait (right of the door when facing it and left when your back is to it)

Behind the smudges are graves.

Go downstairs and talk fully to Clara.

Find the tombstones. Go outside and talk to Colton twice then go to the gate and turn left. You'll come to the cemetery. Talk to Wade and complete the whole conversation. Go up to the statue, turn right and go to the fountain. Click the overgrown ivy behind it twice and uncover the gravestones.

The things you'll need to look at are the wine rack, the tunnel, and the metal door.

Find out about Charlotte and Harper.

Go back to the workshop and then the parlor. Talk to Clara and tell her there's a "strange woman" in the basement. Wade and Clara go look but Harper's gone. Clara gets upset with you.  Talk to her again and she tells you Harper thinks she took half of Charlotte's locket.

Go talk to Wade and he gives you Charlotte's note, you learn Charlotte went to what is now the ruin the night she died.

Follow the instructions on the note.

Go back to the house and hear the singing again. Go upstairs and read the "ghost" note. "Push glass vessels and find me below."

Go to the left hallway and you see Charlotte's room door is open, when you try taking a picture it slams shut.

Go to the door and see if the partial key fits, it does but you need the rest of the key.

Wine Rack.

The graph on the note looks familiar. Go down to the basement again and over to the wine rack.

Amateur: "E immediately before O (EO)

L comes third, I is sometime before E but after B." The word is BILEO, using the graph hit the bottles in the order that spells BILEO. Solution is pictured if your still stuck.

Master: "C before I before K; I is 3rd; N immediately before B; and K after N." CFINBK is the word. Solution to the side.

Explore the tunnel.

Go forward until the end, you overhear Colton on the phone to someone named Lexie. He gets upset.

Turn around and pick up the camera on the ground. Look through all the pictures. The odd dirt floor is where your at. Turn around and check the dirt use the spade taken earlier and dig, you uncover a box but its locked and needs a key.

When you go to leave the tunnel Nancy vision gets blurry and she faints, you wake up in the sitting room on the phone with Ned and Bess. Pick up the new note.

The barrels from the photo.

Go back to the cellar and over to the barrels, pull the handle and go up the stairs, your on the second floor right next to Charlotte's room.

Check out the column from the camera.

Go back to the front door and over to the parlor door. Overhear an upset Clara, when she's done go in and talk to her. She tells you about how she doesn't know who her dad is.

Open the front door and when you try stepping out you overhear Colton on the phone with Lexie again. When he's done go talk to Colton and learn he's in love with Lexie. Learn more about her by continuing to talk to him until there are no conversation choices.

Go over to the column near the swing and move the ivy, copy the snake.

The stone marker from the camera.

Go to the front gate where the T marker is and click the bushes, behind are the ruins where Charlotte died.

Open the tiled compartment on the fountain.

I'll put the solutions to the side.

Take the snake plate and Charlotte's sketch.

Explore the ruins.

Enter the burned house. See Charlotte's ghost going down the steps. Look down the stairs and see a key but you cant reach it. Use the picker on the key to reach it. Take the crypt key. Look around and take the film reel from the table.

Find a way to watch the reel.

Go back to the workshop and use the projector on the table, watch the reel. It has a mix of Charlotte's birthday and clips of the ruins.

Clara walks in and sees and gets upset again, go to the parlor and talk to her.

Follow up on the images.

Watch the movie again and see a masked Charlotte. Go back to the ruins and see her again, Nancy faints. Look at the wall when you wake up and proceed to do the stacking puzzle.

I'll show one of the ways to do it on the side.

After solving you'll get the star sketch, the ceiling will start to crack and you have to pull away immediately.

The Crypt.

Go to the cemetery and talk to Wade, learn more about Charlotte and Savannah.

Go to the locked crypt on the left side of the statue, use the key from the ruin and unlock it. When you walk in Harper crawls through a vent, she's upset with Nancy for telling Clara. If you try doing anything Harper will stop you. You can just leave and come back and she'll be gone. Face the right wall and take the sketch on the middle row. Also, read the newspaper.

The window mentioned in Jessalyn's recording.

Take one of the wilted roses from the ledge. Then zoom in on the window puzzle. not all the pieces move so use the corner pieces as a starting point. The word is the same for Amateur and Master detective levels: Beauregard.

Figure out how to open the coffins.

Pull out the leftmost middle row coffin. The metal bird frame is already there. The bird sketch is automatically placed. The puzzle is pretty simple but I'll include the solutions. (Amateur on the left, master on the right)

Next is the snake design. Pull out the second coffin from left on the bottom row. Place the snake sketch on the frame. This one's a bit harder but still pretty simple.

The coffin will open to show a part of a key, pick it up and it joins with the other broken part. To make a repaired key.

The star sketch. The bottom row second from right has the star plate, hit the square tab to pop it out. Take out the second from left top row coffin place the star plate. The coffin opens, take the half of the locket.

Importance of the name Beauregard.

Leave the crypt and go to the grave of Beauregard, the one with the color squares on it. For amateurs, the colors will be purple, green, dark blue, and light blue. For masters, the colors will be purple, light green, dark green, dark blue, and light blue.

Enter the room at the end of the hall.

Talk to Colton at the house. Then go to the parlor and enter. You hear Clara scream. Talk to her. Go up to Charlotte's bedroom and use the repaired key on the door. The puzzle lock is similar to the one on the fountain

Explore Charlotte's Room.

Look at the writing desk to the left. Read the diary, Charlotte writes that shes worried about Harper and mentions her important papers are hidden, the first can be opened with a clue from Franklin's Memorial. Amateur: Each of the 4 edges are equal to the plaques 1st and 7th number side by side. Master: The top and bottom edges are equal to the day of his death and the day of his dedication.

Open the top of the jewelry box.

Read the birthday invitation. She was turning 21 and it was for October 30th. Take the tiny key. Look at the panel in front of the box at the left side. Click the colored tiles in order of the colored tiles from Beauregard's grave. When the compartment opens a note is there. "The passages are no longer safe. It becomes necessary to hide them. Unlock the clocks and strike 12 on all of them together."

The clocks need a key to work them. Check the painting on the wall. Leave the room and call Savannah.

Find the secret in Franklin's Memorial.

Go to the cemetery, look at the rightmost grave when facing the statue. Nancy will say it must be Ethel's grave. The dates will be different based on if your playing as amateur or master.

For amateur: May Newton Died January 13, 1933.

For master: May Newton Died March 14, 1933.

Go to the statue and read the plaque below. The first number is 1 and the last number is 8. The clue is 18.

Figure out whats inside the locked box.

Go back under the porch and use the small key on the box, the box opens showing another puzzle to solve. The solution is Ethel's death date. 11311933 for amateurs. 3141933 for masters. Take the flower plate and go back to the cellar. You wake up talking to Ned.

Follow the instructions on the flower note.

Go back to the statue and place the rose from the crypt on the side near the plaque. Go to the crypt then exit and look where the rose was, there's a paper in its place, its the flower sketch.

Go to the crypt and click on the second from right middle row coffin and first place the metal flower plate. The sketch is automatically placed. After solving (solutions to the side), take number 6 button. Go back to the house and hear the singing again. Go inside and upstairs, take the new note. It mentions a sneak.

Follow the spy note.

Go down to the cellar, open the secret passage by the barrels. Climb the stairs and look through the slat. See Wade at Charlotte's door. He's trying to open it but he hears something and runs, you hear him drop something. When he's gone exit and pick up what he dropped. It's an antique key.

Figure out the clocks in Charlotte's room.

Go to Charlotte's room and over to the fireplace, use the key on the lion in the middle of the fireplace and pull the lever. All of the clocks move at different speeds. Save your game before trying the puzzle if you're going to do it on your own, if not the solution is next.

Set the clocks in this order from left to right. 10:00, 8:00, 11:00, 10:00, and 11:00. Pull the lever. The painting will swing open. Go through and check the eye slot on the wall. It looks into the parlor. See Clara talking about how someone isn't her son and never will be... Colton.

Go back and to the parlor, talk to Clara. Then Colton and then talk to Harper in the cellar.

Open the metal door in the cellar.

At the cellar go down the tunnel and to the metal door, open the sliding panel and place the #6.

For amateur: make sure all sides add up to 18.

For master: the top and bottom must equal 25 and the sides must equal 15.

Find Jessalyn.

Enter and see Jessalyn. She explains why she needs your help and gives you the briefcase clue.

Unlock the briefcase before Clara comes back.

In order of clues

Amateur: Turn 2 and 5.Next turn 1 and 4. Turn 6. Turn 10. Turn 14. Lastly turn 13.

Master: Turn 3 and 5. Turn 2. Turn 4. Turn 9 and 13. Turn 11. Lastly turn 14.

Go to the parlor through the tunnel in Charlotte's room, but don't enter. first look through the slots. Hear the scary singing and Clara leaves. Go through the panel.

Go to her briefcase and use the clues stated above to open it.

Amateur: Turn on 2, 5, 1, 4, and 6 on the first digit. 10, 14, and 13 on the second digit.

Master: Turn on 3, 5, 2, and 4. Then turn 9, 13, 11, and 14 on the second digit.

Go to the cellar and talk to Jess to give her the locket.

Find a way to open the locket.

Look at Charlotte's sketch. It has a label for the outer ring of the locket. The clues are Mom, 1867, and -right.

Charlotte's mom is Marianna. Hiriam T was born in 1867. The W before right rubbed off. The only Wright is Emeline. Enter the names in order. Jessalyn reads the note inside and goes to talk to her mother.

Find the missing symbol.

Go to the generator right outside the tunnel to the metal door. Pick up the paper on it and read the note. Go upstairs. The parlor is empty. Go outside and talk to Colton, he tells you how he saw her leaving the crypt the day she died. She hugged him and gave him a note, take the symbol message. They're similar to the ones on the tunnel wall. Go back to the cellar and then through the tunnel, you cant go in the metal door far because it's so dark.

Fix the generator.

Go back out to the generator. The aim is to get the ball in the hole. Solutions to the side>

(Follow the green arrow and then the blue in the first picture)

The missing symbol.

Go back to the tunnel and the metal door, now that the lights working you can go in.

Look for the missing symbol from the note.

There all mirrored images of numbers. There are 6 symbols and the 6th is missing. Look for a symbol that looks like the mirrored number 6. Use the spade (tiny shovel) on the mirror 6's. Slide open the revealed door and see a safe.

To get the safe open, align the notches with the levers.

Amateur: Click on: 2 5 8 7 4 5 6 3 2 1 4 7 8 9 6 5 8 7 4 5 6 9 8 5.

Master: Click on: 15 14 13 9 10 11 12 8 7 11 10 9 5 6 7 8 4 3 2 6 5 1 2 6 7 3 2 6 7 8 4 3 2 1 5 6 7 3 4 8 7 6 5 1 2 6 7 8 4 3 7 8 4 3 2 6 7 3 4 8 7 6 10 11 12 8 7
11 10 14 15 16 12 11 7 6 10 11 7 6 5 9 10 14 13 9 5 6 7 11 10 6 7 8 12 11 15 16 12 8 7 11 15 14 10 11 12 16 15 14 10 9 13 14 15 16 12 11 10 14 13 9 10.` (Yes I know its long and there may be a shorter version but this is the solution i found.)

The next puzzle's solution is underneath.  Just hit the levers in order of the clue, if it says 1, that means hit the first lever which would be the first leftmost lever on top and move clockwise. When the safe opens take out and read the

Codicil to Last Will and Testament of Charlotte.

The fire.

You pull back and there's smoke everywhere. You can choose to go up the ladder to the crypt to save yourself or back to the cellar to help the others. (Helping the other has a better outcome.)

If you go back to the cellar, Jessalyn will ask for your help getting the injured Harper out. Say yes.

You need to help make a way to get Harper and Jess out.

To get them out: Nancy says to use the small rail cart as a makeshift wheelbarrow.
Collect items from the cellar to fix the rail cart.
Pan right and take wheel 2 on the brick shelving.
Pan right pass the generator and take the handle from the floor right of a large rail car.
Pan right to Harper and Jessalyn.
Take the bolts from top shelf and wheel 1 from the right armchair.
Look close at the small rail car again.
Attach the 2 wheels on rods at bottom of the cart.
Attach the handle at the top right of the cart.
Use bolts on wheels and automatically the wheelbarrow is made.

Next Jess will ask if you want to save Clara, it's your choice and the outcome won't be terrible if you choose No but you should choose yes.

Automatically be in Charlotte's bedroom.
Talk to a hysterical-angry Clara.
The clocks were reset and the secret passage is closed.
Take the antique key from the right side of the mantle and insert into lock under the mantle.
Turn the 5 clocks to stop at 12 o'clock at the same time.

Solution: Set the clock from left to right: 11:00, 9:30, 10:30, 10:00 and 8:00.

The portrait swings open just in time.
